Pricing: All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping fees which will be calculated at checkout.

Refunds & Returns Policy At 4Ward, we prioritize customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products (fashion clothing), we have a strict no refund and no exchange policy, except in cases of:

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Defective/Damaged Item: If the item delivered has a clear factory defect.

Conditions for Returns (if applicable):

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Refund Process (if approved):

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item and it passes quality inspection.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or direct bank transfer.
